ORDERS & SHIPPING
When will my order ship?
Most Beach’n And Booze’n products are made specifically for you after your order is placed. Because of this, please allow time for your order to be produced before it ships.
Production and shipping times can vary depending on the product, destination, and time of year. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information by email.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we'll send tracking information to the email address used at checkout.
Please allow a little time for the carrier's tracking system to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Why are items from my order arriving separately?
Some products may be produced or shipped from different facilities. If that happens, your order may arrive in more than one package.
Don't worry if everything doesn't show up at the same time.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Contact us as soon as possible.
Because orders can move into production quickly, we can't guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been submitted, but we'll do our best to help if you catch it early.

How do I choose the right size?
Because sizing can vary between different products and styles, we recommend checking the size information provided on the individual product page before ordering.
For the best fit, compare those measurements with a shirt, tank, hoodie, or sweatshirt you already own and like.
Are the colors exactly the same as they appear on my screen?
We do our best to accurately represent every product, but colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and the printing process.
Small variations are normal and can make each finished piece slightly unique.
How are your products made?
Many Beach’n And Booze’n products are produced specifically for each customer after an order is placed.
Producing items on demand allows us to offer more designs, colors, and styles without maintaining large amounts of unnecessary inventory.
RETURNS, PROBLEMS & ORDER ISSUES
What if my order arrives damaged or there's a problem with the print?
We want you to receive what you ordered.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We'll review it and work with you on the appropriate solution.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Please review the sizing information carefully before ordering.
Because many of our products are made specifically for each order, size-related returns or exchanges may be handled differently from damaged or defective merchandise.
If you have a sizing issue, contact us and we'll let you know what options are available.
What if I received the wrong item?
That's not how your Beach’n And Booze’n order is supposed to arrive.
Send us your order number along with a photo of what you received, and we'll look into it.
My package says delivered, but I don't have it. What should I do?
First, check around your delivery location and with anyone else who may have accepted the package. Carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered shortly before they're actually dropped off.
If you still can't locate it, contact the shipping carrier using your tracking information. You can also contact us if you need help identifying the next step.
